When do I get my booth assignment? Early June (deadline for sponsors/exhibitor commitments is May 10)
When will I get my exhibit kit?
Early June; you will have plenty of time to take advantage of the
discount prices and advance shipping warehouse since the company we are
using is in Buffalo.
What can I sponsor?
We will make sponsor assignments in early June too. We give
first-right-of-refusal to long-standing sponsors but have a lot of
opportunities for new sponsors too and we will be in touch.
I need my agency to get all the emails about AMS, can they? Yes, just send us every person’s name and email whom you want to get info.
